Privacy Policy

1. What we collect
We store account email, authentication identifiers, encrypted-derived password hashes for email accounts, public profile details, virtual wallet transactions, positions, chat messages, preferences, and usage events such as viewed events and searches. Operational logs may include request identifiers, timing, device/browser information and network information provided by the hosting service.
2. Why we collect it
Data supports authentication, account security, personalized preferences, event chat, consistent virtual balances, audit history, troubleshooting, and beta engagement analytics. We do not collect payment card, bank, identity verification, or real-money funding information in this beta.
3. Authentication and providers
Email/password sessions are managed by the beta. Optional ChatGPT sign-in is handled by the hosting platform. Google and Apple are not connected in this build; if enabled later, they would provide identity information according to their own policies.
4. Public visibility
Your display name, avatar, and chat content can be visible to other beta participants. Do not include sensitive information in your persona or messages. Account email and wallet data are limited to you and authorized operators.
5. Cookies, browser storage and analytics
The web app uses an HttpOnly session cookie. The native app stores its session token in the device’s encrypted credential storage. Device preferences and app installation metadata may be stored by your browser. Optional engagement events are used to evaluate product usage and can be disabled by the operator; account, financial and moderation records remain necessary. This build does not include advertising trackers.
6. Service providers and security
Hosting and persistent data processing use the Sites platform and its infrastructure providers, including Cloudflare. Data travels over HTTPS in the hosted environment. Passwords are adaptively hashed, access is role-restricted, and financial changes are recorded. No system is completely secure.
7. Retention and deletion
Account data is retained while the beta is operated or until an approved deletion request, subject to limited audit retention. A final retention schedule has not yet been adopted. Use Profile → Request account deletion to create an operator-visible request. Access and correction requests may be directed to the person who shared the beta.
8. Your choices and regional rights
You can change your public profile, preferences, and password where supported, and sign out. You may request access, correction, or deletion. Applicable U.S. state privacy rights, appeal procedures, processing disclosures, and contact details require final review before a public launch.
9. Children, changes and contact
The beta is intended for adults and is not directed to children. Do not create accounts for children. This draft policy may change before production. The legal entity, official contact address, and privacy contact remain placeholders; contact the beta operator through the person who shared this beta.
