1. Acceptance and eligibility
By using the Medura beta, you agree to these beta terms. Use is limited to adults evaluating the product. Final eligibility and jurisdiction requirements must be established before any public or regulated launch.
2. Virtual currency only
Medura uses virtual credits for entertainment and product beta only. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, cannot be purchased or withdrawn, and cannot be redeemed for money or prizes. This beta does not offer real-money wagering, deposits, or payment processing.
3. Accounts and responsibility
Keep your credentials secure and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify the beta operator if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Market mechanics and corrections
Virtual-credit quotes are time-limited and may change with activity and liquidity. Operator events use supplied game state and confirmed results. Sandbox events are labeled simulated. The operator may suspend markets, void positions, or correct beta errors with recorded adjustments. Quoted potential payouts are conditional on the selected outcome winning.
5. Acceptable use
Do not commit fraud, manipulate accounts or markets, automate abusive activity, harass others, post unlawful material, or use streams without permission. Chat and profile content must respect other participants and third-party rights.
6. Intellectual property and content
Respect ownership of Medura software and authorized media. You retain rights to content you submit and give Medura a limited license to display and process it as necessary to operate this beta. Do not submit content you are not authorized to share.
7. Suspension, changes and availability
The operator may suspend or terminate access for abuse, security concerns, or beta maintenance. Features and data may change or be reset with notice where practical. Availability, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation are not guaranteed.
8. Legal review and contact
These are draft UX terms, not legal clearance. Governing law, limitation of liability, indemnity, and final legal entity/contact details remain placeholders for counsel review. Contact the beta operator through the person who shared this beta. Account deletion requests can be submitted from Profile.
